1. We come out and find out what size and type of building you want, you pick your colors and any additional items you want included. We flag the location you choose, shoot a transit to determine how much dirt will be needed.

2. Once ordered we give you the next available start date, usually 2-4 weeks from ordering the building, depending on the season. We then strip the topsoil and do all the tractor work to build a fully compacted pad if we supply the dirt.

3. We frame your standard or custom building, providing a true 4 inch 3000 psi fiber reinforced concrete slab with a 3 foot concrete apron on all roll up doors, and a 3 foot square concrete apron on all walk in doors.

4. We skin the building, set and trim all doors and outside metal skin, and your building is ready to use.
